ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Our normal business hours are 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Saturday. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know that your order is on the way!
For custom creation orders, please contact us first at kennedyroseglitterco@gmail.com so we can confirm if materials are in stock or need to be ordered and can provide an estimated completion and shipping date.
STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up 24/7 from the drop box on the front porch. A text message and/or e-mail will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. In stock orders placed before 12PM on business days will be ready for pick up the same day, in stock orders placed after 12PM on business days will be ready for pick up the following day. In stock orders placed on holidays or on Sundays will be ready for pick up the following day.

DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and all orders are considered final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kennedyroseglitterco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
